The HOACLS will be held at the Kansas City Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Crown Center Exhibit Hall February 12-14, 2010.

The fee for each 10X10 booth is $1900. After January 1, 2010, the fee is $2000. There will be no refund issued for cancellations after January 1, 2010. Priority booth assignments are given to:
All other request will be honored on a first come first served basis. With over a 95% return of our exhibitors each year, the exhibit hall has been one of the outstanding features of our meeting, providing an excellent mix of doctors, paras and exhibitors. At the 2009 Heart meeting we had over 100 companies exhibiting with over 1200 attendees, maintaining our status as the largest exhibit hall in the central United States. To encourage exhibit hall attendance of attending Doctors and Paraoptometrics, we will feature drawings for gift certificates totaling over $15,000. To maximize traffic flow in the exhibit hall, we have scheduled alternating exhibit times of Doctors and Paraoptometrics.
