| On behalf of the HEART OF AMERICA CONTACT LENS AND PRIMARY CARE CONGRESS, we invite you to join us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary! The HOACLS will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kansas City and the Crown Center Exhibit Hall February 11-13, 2011.
The fee for each 10X10 booth is $1900. Island booths are available for $9,500.
A non-refundable $350 per booth deposit allows you to indicate your preference of locations in the exhibit hall, with priority booth assignments given to:
• Public and Professional Relations Fund Contributors
• Speaker Sponsors
• Previous exhibitors with deposits made prior to August 15, 2010.
All other request will be honored on a first come first served basis.

We host the largest exhibit hall in the Midwest. With over a 95% return of our exhibitors each year, the exhibit hall has been one of the outstanding features of our meeting, providing an excellent mix of doctors, paras and exhibitors.
To maximize traffic flow in the exhibit hall, we have scheduled alternating exhibit times of Doctors and Paraoptometrics. To encourage exhibit hall attendance of attending Doctors and Paraoptometrics, we will feature drawings for gift certificates totaling over $15,000.
